Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone with your order number.

Cancellation by Malhotra Toys

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will receive a full refund in such cases.

Refund Timeline

Cancelled order refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD cancellations incur no charges.

Partial Cancellations

For multi-item orders, individual items may be cancelled before dispatch. The remaining items will be shipped as scheduled.
